Meeting permissions

When you manage a meeting in Tasks in a Box, a number of users get access to the meeting notes and meeting actions in that meeting.

Meeting not linked to a project

For meetings that are not linked to a project, the following users will get access to the meeting in Tasks in a Box:

• The user who created the meeting in Tasks in a Box
• The meeting organizer and all meeting participants

Meeting linked to a project

For meetings that are linked to a project, the following users will get access to the meeting in Tasks in a Box:

• The user who created the meeting in Tasks in a Box
• The meeting organizer and all meeting participants
• All the owners and members of the linked project

If a user is a meeting participant -- but not a member of the linked project -- this means that the user gets access to the meeting notes and meeting actions of that meeting, but does not get access to all other meetings and tasks that are part of the linked project.
